I&#39;m a 34 year old wife and mother of a 4 and 6 year old, full-time dental student, just finished my first sprint distance tri and am training for my first half marathon. I seem to struggle with motivation, since, well, my schedule is pretty crazy and sometimes I just want to sleep (and eat a lot of chocolate), and it&#39;s really great to know there are others out there who also try to be fit and healthy - and also struggle with motivation from time to time.
