I did the swim, bike, run thing years ago and it is such a huge time commitment. But it is such a powerful feeling.<br /><br />If you&#39;re like me, the more you&#39;re in the water and on the bike, the faster your confidence will go up. One day, my cousin&#39;s 12 year old son bet me that I couldn&#39;t swim across the river (1 mile) so I did to prove him wrong. After that, water was simple. I love the bike, but I hate traffic.
