STAY WARM! Hopefully they will salt the roads. I know you can put small screws is your running shoes and they will help with traction. Earn that flip flop girl!

That's crazy! And here in Canada (southwest coast) we have a few spring flowers starting to poke through.

Enjoy your run tomorrow ... and enjoy the snow - hahaha.

omg i'm depressed now!!! I was so hoping for a WARM marathon for once. I'm running in Albany, NY next week and that will be hell-- now I have snow in SC? I'm pretty sure the snow is following me! Anti-snow dance! I won't get in til 9:20 tonight-- I'm hoping I will be able to land AND that the race isn't canceled! Fingers crossed.

Good luck tomorrow!!!

Have fun and stay warm! Before this year, 2-6 inches was a "get out of school" amount here. I doubt that will be the case anymore LOL

Good luck! Snowed in Birmingham for the Mercedes Marathon this weekend, too. Hopefully most of it will melt by Sunday morning!

Running will be OK, it's the stopping afterward that will be brutal!

Best wishes on your 13.1, and I look forward to the race report!!!

Good luck! I hope that you only had a dusting of snow - think of it as running on the beach. How ironic is that I live in Canada and here in Toronto we haven't had any snow yet!

Oh - I forgot - I'm stopping by to say thanks for suggesting adding swimming to my routine. I ran faster this week than I have in months (years?) and I lost 5lbs!!! THANK YOU!!
